At passo.cc, we design every piece with care and intention. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
📧 Email us at hello@passo.cc with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging (if relevant)
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation. These issues will be resolved at no cost to you.
2. Returns for Other Reasons
Because our products are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Change of mind
- Choosing the wrong size or color
- Preference-related issues
We encourage you to refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.
3. Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
4. Exchanges
We only offer replacements for items that are damaged, misprinted, or defective. At this time, we do not offer exchanges for size or color.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check with your bank or card provider
- Contact your payment service (e.g., PayPal, Stripe)
